Health Service
The infirmary is located in the heart of the school, close to the futsal court. It is open from 08:00 to 17:00 and is at all times attended by either Heidi, the principal nurse, or Josi, the auxiliary nurse.
The infirmary is used for First Aid emergencies and the administration of basic medication indicated by parents or legal guardians on the Medical Form. The nurses also administer medication brought from home with a doctor’s prescription and/or a parent’s note.
The nurses keep a daily and weekly record of the pupils who pass through the infirmary, allowing teachers and parents to have access to health information about the pupils.
In situations that require emergency medical attention and where parents or legal guardians are not contactable, pupils are taken to Hospital Albert Einstein’s emergency service.
There is always a nurse available during school events on weekends or after school hours. The infirmary can be contacted directly by phoning the main school number (3465 9666) and asking for extension 9683.
Alternatively, parents may send an e-mail to the nurse using our contact us section at this website. Parents are requested to contact the infirmary if there are significant changes to their child’s health that we should know about.
